Account Executive – Mid-market (Remote)
Rep is the first-ever AI-powered salesperson (sales chatbot) for e-commerce websites. It proactively approaches disengaged customers along their shopping journey and offers assistance in finding and recommending products or answering any product/store-related questions to increase conversion rate and enhance customer satisfaction.
As Rep continues to grow, we are looking for a great Account Executive to join us and grow the sales department.
As an Account Executive, you will help identify, engage and close new business from mid-market customer accounts. We are growing rapidly and are looking for highly motivated individuals.
Responsibilities
- Engage in new client relationships by developing target customers at the C-suite, VP and Director level at mid-market companies
- Act cross-functionally with marketing, product and design to guide market positioning and to provide feedback on product requirements.
- Work alongside dedicated inside sales representatives to schedule and prepare for new business meetings
- Prepare, present and close new business through virtual meetings.
- Manage the sales process to ensure delivery against metrics
Skills & Qualifications
- At least 1-3 years experience as an outside sales person
- Experience working in a SaaS, MarTech, AdTech or startup preferred. SaaS for e-commerce is a big advantage.
- Demonstrated experience consistently meeting and exceeding quota, with references
- Experience managing the sales cycle across Salesforce.com or other CRM
- Hard-working and persistent, ensuring delivery of great results
- English level – fluent
