How do I get started?

To know everything about your catalog and products, Rep offers one-click integration with major e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and Magento. Once set up, we sync your catalog continuously so it’s always up to date. To know your customer, Rep offers auto-tracking of basic events on your website like page views, product views, etc. You can use manual tracking through Google Tag Manager or other tools to enrich the experience and achieve incredible personalization and results.

Rep integrates with Shopify. Your shop’s catalog is fully integrated and you will have access to in-depth analytics for insights on how to optimize your conversation through the chatbot. It takes 20 minutes to integrate Shopify.

How do my customers interact with the chatbot? Can my customers just ask for help on their own?
Yes! Just like any other chatbot, the customer can start interacting with the chatbot by clicking on the icon. The chatbot is a smart AI and will have answers to any shopping intent. The chatbot will be able to answer most of the general questions, depending on how many questions and answers are configured in our platform.
Which questions can the chatbot answer?
You can add as many FAQs as you’d like. The more questions and answers you add, the more your assistant can answer automatically. We provide plug-and-play templates for common questions. If your assistant doesn’t know the answer, it will gracefully hand the conversation off to a human agent.
Can I customize the responses of the chatbot?
Yes! Every message your assistant sends is customizable. You can also customize the chatbot appearance with your icon and brand colors.
Is your chatbot a bot or a person?
Our chatbot is an AI bot that answers questions, but also is able to direct customers to send customer requests directly to the support email. We have an integration with Gorgias that enables customers to chat with a representative from the brand through our chatbot.
How much time does it take to onboard?
Rep offers one-click integration with your eCommerce platform (Shopify, Magento, etc.) so you can get started immediately. Once your assistant is live, all you have to do is to add content and enrich the experience.
Can my customers get to a human? How does human-handoff work?
Yes, it’s easy! Our solution integrates with Gorgias or email. When a customer asks for support, your assistant will send an email with the inquiry or create a ticket in Gorgias. With Gorgias, you can even reply immediately and the assistant will deliver your answers live directly to your customer.
