We're excited to share some product updates for our AI concierge users. Now you can enhance customer experience with out-of-stock notifications, detailed shipping info, personalized live chats, and seamless social media integration. Plus, see how one brand boosted conversions by 21% with these powerful tools. Let's dive in:


Your out-of-stock products are not out of reach

This is a great new power-up for Klaviyo users. Your AI concierge will now display products that are not available with a dedicated tag and a button to notify customers when they're back in stock. This ensures that your shoppers are not missed, and you can leverage future sales potential.

To leverage this great feature, head to the Integrations section under Settings and click Add Power Up to level up your offering easily.

More Shipping Information Options  📦

We have expanded our shipping options to accommodate Shopify's recent update, ensuring your customers have all the necessary information for on-time delivery and full updates on their product’s status when they ask, “Where is my order?”

Personalize Your Human Interaction

Enhance Your Human Interaction Experience in Live Chat by showcasing an agent's picture instead of the AI Concierge's icon. This personalized touch ensures you're engaging with a real person, not just an AI concierge.

To customize the Icon for your Live Drop-ins, simply navigate to your Profile settings > My Profile and upload your preferred image icon.

This chosen image will be displayed in all Live interactions, adding a personal touch to every conversation.

Never miss a live support request request

We know how important your customers are to you, and we want to make sure you never miss a request for a human assistant. To help you stay on top of things, especially when you have multiple browser tabs open, we've added a handy flickering light notification.

Bulk import of Support articles to FAQs

You've put in a lot of effort to build up your Zendesk and Gorgias knowledge base, and we want to ensure that your AI Concierge is fully informed about all of your content.
With just one click, you can sync all of your articles to your store's FAQs.

To import articles, go to the Integrations page, then select either Zendesk or Gorgias and click on "Import articles" and approve.
