Rep AI Technologies Inc. and its affiliates (collectively, “Rep”, “we”, “our” or “us”) respects the privacy of users of our website at https://hellorep.ai/ (the “Site“) and our social media pages, such as our LinkedIn page (collectively, "Social Media", and “User” or “you”) and are committed to protecting the personal information that their Users share with them. We believe that you have a right to know our practices regarding the information we may collect and use when you visit and/or use our Site and Social Media. Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal information and how we will treat it.
Capitalized terms which are not defined herein, shall have the meaning ascribed to them in our Terms of Use at https://www.hellorep.ai/terms-of-service (the “Terms of Use”), into which this Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference.

This Privacy Policy details how your Personal Information collected via the Site is used and processed by Rep.

- Which information we may collect on our Users?
We may collect two types of data and information from our Users:
- Non-identifiable and anonymous information (“Non-personal Information”). We are not aware of the identity of the User from whom we have collected the Non-personal Information. Non-Personal Information is any unconcealed information which does not enable identification of an individual User, and which is available to us while such User is entering into and/or using the Site. You may access and browse the Site without disclosing personal information, although, like most websites, we passively collect certain Non-personal Information from your devices when you access and browse our Site, including: (i) technical information such as the type and version of your device and its operating system, the type of browser, screen resolution, device browser and keyboard language, Wi-Fi connectivity and the type and name of your device and/or browser, etc.; and (ii), behavioral information and aggregated information, and may contain, among other things, the activity of the User on the Site, type of operating system, User’s ‘click-stream’ or searches on the Site, type and version of browser, keyboard language, screen resolution, etc. (collectively, “Technical and Behavioral Information”). We may use third-party service providers, such as Google Analytics, HubSpot to obtain detailed analytics on the device and the User's behavior on the Site. We also partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud/security purposes, and advertising.
Please note that we or our third-party service providers will collect such Technical and Behavioral Information by using certain technologies such as cookies, as further detailed below.
- Personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”). This information may identify an individual or may be of a private and/or sensitive nature. some text
- Personal Information which is provided consciously and voluntarily:
- Contact Details: Personal Information is collected from the details the Users provide whilst contacting us via the Site, including full name, organization’s name, e-mail address and phone number, and any text you wish to insert into the “comment” box. Additional information may be requested via the contact form in the future. Once your contact details are received by us, our representative will contact you for further communication. Our representative may collect additional Personal Information from you.
- Communication with Rep: Personal Information may be collected as part of any communications with Rep, by any means, including through our Social Media, in chats that you conduct via the Site, by approaching our customer services, attending Rep events, or during sales calls (such information may include marketing and communication data that includes your preferences in receiving marketing from us and your communication preferences).
- Book a Demo, Simulator: you may request a demo of our services by providing us your full name, email address, company name, your store URL, and e-commerce platform. We may request additional information to complete your application.
- Registration to our console: Personal Information is collected from the details the Users provide as part of the registration to our console and creating an account (including, to the extent applicable, by executing an agreement with us). Such Personal Information may include your name, password, company name, e-mail address, and any other information which you may voluntarily provide to us.
Users may also choose to open an account by using their existing third-party account, such as the User's Google account ("Third Party Account"), by using its single sign-on mechanism. Upon registration to the console through the User's existing Third Party Account, the applicable third party provides us with access to certain information about such User as is stored in their Third Party Account, namely, any information which is detailed and displayed to the User in the notice which appears during the integration process with the Third Party Account (for example, the User's name, email address and other information the User make publicly available via the applicable third party platform). Please read carefully such notice in order to understand what information is available to Rep via the Third Party Account. We may collect your login information and other relevant information necessary to enable us to access your Third Party Account (such as, User access token) in order to collect and/or store, to the extent legally permissible the abovementioned data contained within your Third Party Account which you provided us access to. Rep may store the above-mentioned information (or any part of it), in order to achieve the purposes set forth herein. Please remember that the manner in which the Third Party Account uses, stores and discloses your information is governed solely by its policies and Rep shall have no liability or responsibility for the privacy practices or other actions of the applicable third party platform. You hereby agree that such information will be stored even after the linkage to your Third Party Account expires, for any reason.
- Become a Partner: Personal Information is collected from the details the Users provide whilst applying to become a Rep Partner via the Site, including full name, business e-mail address, information relating to your company, phone number, your website URL and country.
- Newsletter: you may voluntarily provide us with your email address in order to subscribe to our newsletter and to receive commercial materials from Rep and our partners.
- Personal Information relating to job applicants: you may, at your discretion, use the “Careers” page available on our Site in order to apply for open positions at Rep that we publish on the Site and send us your CV. In such cases, the following shall apply: some text
- As part of your submission to a job application, you will be required to provide certain Personal Information, such as: your full name, email address, phone number and attach your CV. Please note that we may also collect similar data relating to you from public sources, such as publicly available social network pages and public databases.
- The Personal Information collected as part of the application process, including any Personal Information included in your CV, may be accessed by our HR department and/or by Rep's managers, worldwide, solely for the purposes of evaluation and to enable us to contact you with respect to the recruitment process.
- If you submit an application on behalf of a third party, you hereby acknowledge that such third-party was made aware of this Privacy Policy and has granted their consent to the processing of their Personal Information by Rep.
- Rep will retain Personal Information collected from applicants solely for the period that is necessary for the purposes set forth under this Privacy Policy or for the maximum statutory period in which a claim with respect to the recruitment process may be brought against Rep.
- Please note that if you have successfully recruited to work for Rep, any Personal Information collected as part of the application process may be retained by Rep for the purposes of your employment.
- Personal Information collected via technology:
- IP address: Users of the Site may automatically provide their IP address, UDID, and other unique identifiers, mainly for enhancing the User’s experience and for geo-location, advertising, and security purposes as further detailed below.
- Identifiers: during your use of the Site, we will access, collect, process, monitor and/or remotely store online identifiers, such as Internet Protocol (IP) address, AD-ID or other unique identifiers, for statistical and metric purposes, and in order to provide you with targeted advertising of our services.
- Geolocation data: during your use of the Site, we will access, collect, process, monitor and/or remotely store "geolocation data", including through the collection of IP addresses and other similar information to determine your general location for analytics and security purposes.
- Technical and Behavioral Information: to the extent that the Technical and Behavioral Information detailed above under Section 2.1 will be linked to or associated with a specific individual, then such information will be considered as Personal Information.
Please note:
- If you submit Personal Information (such as an e-mail address) on behalf of a third party, you hereby acknowledge that such third-party was made aware of this Privacy Policy and has granted his/her consent to the processing of his/her Personal Information by Rep.
- We may cross-reference Personal Information with other Personal Information we have about you and any Non-personal Information connected or linked to or associated with any Personal Information shall be deemed as Personal Information as long as such connection, linkage or association exists.
- We may use third-party tracking services and usage logs, to track and analyze data from Users of the Site and for purposes of security and fraud prevention. We may also use cookies to gather information regarding your use of the Site and the information for which you searched and accessed.
- How Do We Collect Information on Our Users?
There are a few methods that we use:
- We collect information through your entry and use of the Site. In other words, when you are using the Site we are aware of it and may gather, collect and store the information relating to such usage. For example, when you use the Site, we gather your Technical and Behavioral Information.
- We collect information which you decide to provide us voluntarily. For example, we collect Personal Information you provide via our Site, when you communicate with us or apply for a position at Rep.
- We collect information from public sources. We may supplement personal information that we collect about you with information which you have made public on websites associated with you or your company or on social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
- We may gather, collect and store such information either independently or through the help of our authorized third-party service providers as detailed below.
- What are the Purposes of the Collection of Information? some text
- Non-personal Information is collected in order to:
- Use it for statistical and research purposes and for customization and improvement of our Site and/or Social Media.
- Enhance the User’s experience while using the Site and/or Social Media.
- Keep the Site safe and secured and for the prevention of fraud.
- Personal Information is collected in order to:
- Enable the operation and constant improvement of the Site and/or Social Media.
- Register your interest in becoming a new customer.
- Provide and personalize our Services to our Users.
- Verify the identity of our Products’ users and the validity of the Product’s license when the user signs in to the Product, as well as verifying User’s identity for the purpose of dealing with fraudulent use of our Products.
- Respond to your inquiries, requests, comments and suggestions and contact you for marketing and sales purposes.
- Ensure that the content on the Site is presented in an optimal way for you and for your device (e.g. tablet, mobile phone).
- Provide support and technical assistance.
- Display ads and send you offers. We may also use your Personal Information in delivering third party advertisements to you. This may include "targeted ads" based upon your interactions with our Site.
- Contact you by telephone and/or by email with further information relating to our services and/or job positions which you enquired about, or applied for, via the Site and/or Social Media.
- Add your contact details to our mailing list for the purposes of sending you information about our products and services by email, SMS, phone, through web-browser notification or through the post. You have the right to opt-out of marketing messages at any time by following the instructions in such messages or by contacting us at: support@hellorep.ai.
- Determine general geolocation information (i.e., country) from which the User’s computer is connected to the Internet in order for us to know the general location of our Site’s Users as well as in order to safeguard our Site.
- Send you by email, SMS, through web-browser notification or through the post updates, notices, announcements, and additional information related to Verix including with respect to changes made to our Site's terms of use and privacy policy;
- Conduct internal operations, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, and statistical purposes, including in order to improve our products. Please note that in general, we analyze aggregate data for such purposes, rather than specific user data, however, we may need to analyze a specific case to address a specific problem;
- Comply with our legal obligations and in order to be able to protect our rights and legitimate interests;
- Maintain our data processing records and general administrative purposes.
- Email tracking – we may use tracking technology within the email we may send you in order to improve interactions with you and to better understand whether our emails were opened and read, and such tracking may include capturing the time and date in which you opened our email messages and the type of device you use to open such emails.
Note to our Users in the EU and UK:
In order for Rep to process your Personal Information, as detailed herein, such processing must be justified by a "lawful basis" for processing. Please note that the Personal Information processing activities detailed herein may be justified on the basis that:
- the processing is based on your consent - where you provide us with your consent to contact you for commercial purposes, you will be asked to consent to such activities before we can process such information. If you choose not to give us your consent for such processing activities, or if you decide later to remove your consent, this may affect our ability to provide you with the affected services;
- the processing is necessary for performance of a contract to which you are party - generally your Personal Information will be provided to us because you are interested in using the Site in accordance with our terms of use. As such, we rely on this basis for processing activities that are required in order to enable you to use the Site and to let you know of changes to our Site's terms of use and this Privacy Policy;
- the processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation - we may process your Personal Information for disclosure of information to authorities and to comply with our legal obligations (e.g., paying taxes); and
- the processing is necessary for the purposes of our legitimate commercial interests - subject to your interests and fundamental rights, processing of Personal Information will take place pursuant to our legitimate interests in offering our Users comfortable, effective and safe access to our Site. This shall include the processing of your Personal Information in order to personalize the Site, assist us in preventing crime and fraud and manage our internal operations. Where we rely on legitimate interests as a lawful basis, we carry out a balancing test to ensure that your interests, rights and freedoms do not override our legitimate interests.

- Sharing Information with Third Parties
Rep will not share, disclose, rent, or sell your Personal Information it collects with any third party, other than as permitted under this Privacy Policy.
In addition to using the information collected by us for the purposes described above, we may also share your information in the following circumstances:
- Rep Personnel: Personal Information that we collect and process may be transferred to, or accessed by, personnel of Rep for the sole purpose of contact you, enabling the operation of the Site and for HR purposes. Please note that all Rep’s personnel that will have access to your Personal Information are under an obligation of strict confidentiality with respect to such Personal Information.
- Service Providers: Please note that we may collect, hold and/or manage your Personal Information through Rep's authorized third parties’ vendors of certain products or services (such as, cloud services) (including, as applicable, their affiliates) solely and limited to providing us with such requested services, and not for any other purposes. Such vendors may be located in a country that does not have the same data protection laws as your jurisdiction. For more information regarding our service providers, please refer to Section 10 below.
- In addition, we may share Personal Information in the following cases: (a) to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, subpoena or governmental request; (b) to enforce this Privacy Policy and/or the Terms of Use, including investigation of potential violations thereof, and to defend against any claims or demands asserted against us by you or on your behalf; (c) to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues; (d) to respond to claims that contact information (e.g. name, e-mail address, etc.) of a third-party has been posted or transmitted without their consent or as a form of harassment; (e) to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Rep, its Users or the general public; (f) by virtue of undergoing any change in control, including by means of merger, acquisition or purchase of all or substantially all of the assets of Rep, so long as such acquirer maintains the same privacy terms hereunder; or (g) pursuant to your explicit approval prior to the disclosure.
For the avoidance of doubt, Rep may use Non-personal Information and transfer and disclose it to third parties at its discretion, including without limitation for statistical, analytical and research purposes and for customization, developing and improvement of the Site.
- Social Features
The Site may include social media features (“Social Features”). The Social Features are operated or allow for social integration with certain third-party social networks or third party platforms (“Social Network”). These Social Networks are created and maintained by third parties who are not affiliated with and/or controlled by Rep. If you enable this integration with such Social Networks, your use of the Social Features is subject to the applicable third-party Social Network’s terms of use and privacy policies. You should ensure that you read their terms of use and privacy policies to understand how they treat your information and in order to understand the methods for changing the privacy or sharing settings on such services. If you do not agree to the practices described in such terms you should not interact with such Social Networks, however, you may find that you are not able to enjoy all the features that may be made available via the Site. You understand that where you allow interaction with any third-party Social Network, we may share data about you with your contacts (and vice versa) in order that you may enjoy social elements. This data may include, without limitation, your name and your social media profile picture. By using the Social Features you hereby agree and understand that the applicable Social Networks or platforms may collect certain Personal Information, such as your IP address, Non-personal Information and may set cookies and/or other web tracking technologies to enable the functionality of the Social Features. The use of such features enables the sharing of information with your friends or the public, depending on the settings you establish with the third party that provides the Social Features. You hereby understand and agree that when you share content via Social Networks that your content may become public and others may re-post-it.
- Deletion or Modification of Personal Information
Rep acknowledges that under certain circumstances you may have the right to access and to request an amendment or deletion of the Personal Information we collect and process about you. If you wish to access or to correct, amend, or delete Personal Information, please send us an e-mail with adequate details of your request to: dpo@hellorep.ai and we will enable you to fulfill such rights, to the extent it is required under applicable laws.
Note to our Users in the EU and UK:
You may have the following rights (by virtue of EU and UK law) in respect of your Personal Information:
- Right to access: you may have the right to request access to your Personal Information that is held by Rep.
- Right to rectification: if the Personal Information processed by Rep is incorrect or incomplete, you may have the right to have your Personal Information rectified.
- Right to erasure: under certain conditions, you may be entitled to require that Rep deletes your Personal Information (e.g. if the continued processing of those data is not justified).
- Right to portability: you may have the right to (i) receive the Personal Information concerning you, or (ii) transfer your Personal Information between data controllers (i.e. to transfer your Personal Information to another entity). The right to data portability only applies where your Personal Information is processed by us with your consent or for the performance of a contract and when processing is carried out by automated means.
- Right to object to or withdraw consent: where that lawful basis for processing your Personal Information is either "public interest" or "legitimate interests", those lawful bases are not absolute, and you may have a right to object to such processing. Where you object to processing based on our legitimate interests, we shall no longer process your Personal Information unless (i) we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or (ii) for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims. If the processing of your Personal Information is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent to such processing at any time.
- The right to restrict processing – under certain circumstances, you may have the right to obtain the restriction of the processing of your Personal Information.
- Right to lodge a complaint: you have the right to lodge a complaint before the relevant data protection authority or supervisory authority of your jurisdiction. - Minors
The Site is intended for Users over the age of sixteen (16). Therefore, Rep does not intend and does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under this age. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any stage so that we can verify that minors under this age are not using the Site. If we learn that we collected Personal Information from minors under the age of sixteen (16) we will delete that information as quickly as possible. Please contact Rep at dpo@hellorep.ai you have reasons to suspect that Rep collected Personal Information from minors under the age of sixteen (16) and we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
- Security
We take reasonable measures to maintain the security and integrity of our Site and your information and prevent unauthorized access to it or use thereof through generally accepted industry standard technologies and internal procedures. Your Personal Information is hosted on third parties’ servers, which provide advanced strict security standards (both physical and logical).
Please note, however, that there are inherent risks in the transmission of information over the Internet or other methods of electronic storage and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access or use will never occur. Rep will comply with applicable law in the event of any breach of the security, confidentiality, or integrity of your Personal Information and will inform you of such breach to the extent so required by applicable law.
REP SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, HACKING, OR OTHER SECURITY INTRUSIONS OR FAILURE TO STORE OR THE THEFT, DELETION, CORRUPTION, DESTRUCTION, DAMAGE, OR LOSS OF ANY DATA OR INFORMATION.
- Third-Party Service Providers
While using the Site we may be using third-party service providers, who may collect, store and/or process the information detailed herein. Note, that we collect, hold and/or manage your Personal Information through Rep's authorized third parties vendors of certain products or services (such as hosting cloud services) (including, as applicable, their affiliates) solely and limited to providing us with such requested services, and not for any other purposes. - Links to Third-Party Websites
Certain links provided in the Site permit Users to leave our Site and enter non-Rep sites or services. Those linked sites and services are provided solely as a convenience to you. Those linked sites and services are not under the control of Rep and it is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or services, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content advertising, products, services or other information on or available from such linked sites and services or any link contained in a linked site or service. Rep reserves the right to terminate any link at any time. You further acknowledge and agree that Rep shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such linked sites or resource. Most of such linked sites and services provide legal documents, including terms of use and privacy policy, governing the use thereof. It is always advisable to read such documents carefully before using those sites and services, inter alia, in order to know what kind of information they are collecting.
- Cookies and Local Storage
When you access or use the Site, we and/or our third-party service providers may use industry-wide technologies such as cookies, web beacons, pixels, clear gifs, and other similar tools (or other similar technologies), which store certain local information on your device (“Local Storage“) which may enable us, inter alia, to recognize your device from those of other Users of the Site, to improve the Site’s performance, to deliver a better and more personalized service according to the User’s individual interests and the device or browser used, to track Users’ use of the Site, to gather information about the Users’ approximate geographic location (e.g. city), to prevent fraud and/or abuse, to estimate our audience size and usage pattern and perform other analytics, to develop our Site and to serve targeted advertisements.
Such information is locally stored in the User’s device. Rep and/or our authorized third-party service providers may access such information. Rep and/or our authorized third-party service providers may use both session cookies (which expire once you close the web browser) and persistent cookies (which stay on the User’s device until he/she deletes them). Such Local Storage used by the Site may store non-personal information (such as the different pages viewed by a User within the Site) as well as User persistent identifier, which will be collected in accordance with the terms specified herein.
Most devices and browsers will allow you to erase cookies from your device’s hard drive, block acceptance of cookies, or receive a warning before a cookie is stored. However, if you block or erase cookies, your experience of the Site may be limited. Please note that unless you block the acceptance of cookies, the Site will utilize cookies upon your use of the Site. - International Data Transfer
The information collected from you by Rep, as detailed in this Privacy Policy, may be transferred to, and stored in, servers which may be located in countries outside of your jurisdiction and in countries that are not considered to offer an adequate level of protection under your local laws. It may also be processed by Rep and its suppliers, service providers or partners' staff operating outside your country.
Rep is committed to protecting your Personal Information and will take appropriate steps to ensure that your Personal Information is processed and stored securely and in accordance with applicable privacy laws, as detailed in this Privacy Policy. Such steps may include, but not limited to, putting in place data transfer agreements and ensuring our third-party service providers comply with Rep's data transfer protection measures.
Note to our Users in the EU and UK:
If you are located in the EU or UK, you have a right to further information regarding the appropriate safeguards used by us when transferring your Personal Information outside of the EU or UK (as applicable).
In order to keep your Personal Information safe, we apply strict safeguards when transferring it outside of the EEA or UK, which may include the following:
