Manual QA Engineer

Rep is the first AI-powered Concierge (sales chatbot) for eCommerce. It proactively approaches disengaged site visitors and offers shopping assistance for everyone. As a result, Rep sells more stuff and handles up to 90% of all support requests.

We are looking for a skilled Manual QA Engineer with 2 years of experience to join our team and ensure the quality and reliability of our AI-powered Concierge platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing manual test cases to validate the functionality, performance, and scalability of our platform.

You will:

  • Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Execute manual test cases, report defects, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other Agile/Scrum ceremonies to provide input on testing efforts and ensure alignment with project timelines.
  • Work closely with the QA team and software developers to understand the requirements and develop test strategies.
  • Continuously improve our testing processes by identifying areas for improvement, implementing best practices, and incorporating feedback from stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality assurance to enhance our testing capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on manual testing.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, DOM, etc.) and experience in testing web applications.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and communicate findings effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software products.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
  • Candidates with exposure to AWS services, Jenkins, MongoDB, and Shopify are preferred.

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
