Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Outbound

Are you driven by results, excited about AI, and ready to roll up your sleeves to help shape the future of eCommerce? At Rep AI, we're looking for a proactive and motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. You’ll work directly with our GTM team and play a key role in expanding our footprint in the market.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prospect identification: Identify and source key decision-makers, from CX managers to eCommerce specialists, at target companies within our ICP market.
  • Data sourcing: Utilize various platforms and tools to gather and analyze data, building a high-quality pipeline of leads.
  • Outreach program creation: Develop an outreach strategy across multiple channels (email, DMs, phone) to engage and convert prospects.
  • Outbound outreach: Proactively reach out to prospects, initiate conversations, and schedule meetings to convert leads into opportunities.
  • Reporting: Regularly track and report on key results, comparing achievements to established goals. Bring valuable insights on outreach status, success metrics, and areas for improvement, ensuring your efforts align with broader company objectives.

What You Bring:

  • US based, East Coast preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in SaaS or eCommerce.
  • Strong research and data-sourcing skills, with the ability to find and connect with key people.
  • Experience with outreach tools like HubSpot or Salesloft.
  • Familiarity with data sourcing tools (LinkedIn Navigator, Zoominfo, Clay, Lusha).
  • CRM experience (Hubspot, Salesforce).
  • Passion for AI and the ability to explain complex ideas simply.
  • Grit, determination, and persistence to succeed even in the face of challenges.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
