Support Skills: Let AI Handle the Hassle

Our new Support Skills let you automate common support tasks, boosting your store's customer service while saving you loads of time.

Your AI concierge can handle order cancellations, returns, exchanges, status updates, delivery changes, (and soon, subscription modifications) —all through a seamless, human-like conversations with your shoppers. It’s a game-changer for efficiency and customer satisfaction.

New Support Performance Analytics

We know how important it is to stay on top of your store's performance and we always keep updating our data points to give you any visibility you might want. That's why we have two great new ones for you:

1. Deflected support tickets - Here you can see shopper conversations that started by clicking the Rep AI's chat icon proactively and fully were managed fully by the AI concierge.

2. Potential savings from ticket reduction - This qualitative data point is calculated as a market benchmark of of $6 per ticket, times the number of AI-resolved shopper-initiated conversations.
