Partnership Manager

You will:

1. Identify and Develop Strategic Partnerships:

•    Research and identify potential partners, including technology providers, agencies, and other relevant stakeholders.
•    Evaluate partnership opportunities to ensure alignment with our business objectives and customer needs.

2. Manage Partner Relationships:

•    Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners.
•    Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.

3. Collaborate with Internal Teams:

•    Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership initiatives.
•    Communicate partner needs and feedback to internal teams to inform product development and improve customer experiences.

4. Develop and Execute Partnership Strategies:

•    Create comprehensive partnership plans that outline goals, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
•    Develop and implement strategies to maximize the value of partnerships, including joint marketing campaigns, co-branded events, and product integrations.

5. Monitor and Report on Partnership Performance:

•    Track and analyze the performance of partnerships against established KPIs.
•    Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on partnership activities, successes, and areas for improvement.

6. Negotiate Contracts and Agreements:

•    Lead negotiations with potential partners to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
•    Ensure all partnership agreements comply with company policies and legal requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role within the SaaS for the e-commerce industry (experience within the Shopify ecosystem is a must).
• Proven track record of successfully developing and managing strategic partnerships.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
• Proficiency in using CRM and project management tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
